IN-KIND FOOD DISTRIBUTION IN THE HOLY MONTH OF RAMADAN AT DAYNILE DISTRICT OF BANADIR REGION IN SOMALIA.

OSPAD IN PARTNERSHIP with IDRF Canada distributes relief food in June 2019 to 1800 drought and fighting affected families from Middle and Lower Shabelle region In Daynile IDPs of Banadir region, Mogadishu-Somalia.
In response to the hunger crisis, the 1800 households affected by the drought and Fighting obtain a variety of food, including sugar, oil, rice, dates and wheat.

Households benefiting from the programme included those living in poverty, people living with a disability, the elderly, households headed by women, households with orphan children and families who had lost animals during the drought and the new arrivals.
